Accessibility

We want our site to work for everyone. That means being able to browse the range, read a product page, choose a size and place an order without anything getting in the way. If something on the site does get in your way, we want to hear about it.

What we aim for

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our guide. It is a standard we aim for, not a claim that every page meets it today. In practice, we aim for:

  • Text that is easy to read, with enough contrast against its background
  • Pages you can move through using a keyboard
  • Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
  • Clear headings, form labels and link text
  • Pages that still work when you zoom in or use a small screen

Parts run by other companies

Checkout runs on Shopify's hosted checkout, and some other features on the site come from outside providers. We cannot change how these parts work directly, but please still tell us when one of them gets in your way.

If something is hard to use

Email support@wolfandcoat.com and tell us what happened. It helps to include:

  • The page address, or the name of the product you were looking at
  • What you were trying to do
  • What went wrong
  • Your device, browser and any assistive technology you use, if you are happy to share it

If you want to buy something and the site is making that hard, say so in your email. We will help you place your order another way.

We are also glad to answer questions about a product, its sizes or its materials by email, if that is easier than reading the page.

When we reply

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Mountain Time. A real person replies within 1 business day.

What we do with your feedback

We read every message about accessibility. What you tell us helps us decide what to fix first.
